Zenith™ Waterborne UV Coating is a highly specialized coating that is designed for customers that utilize a typical flat-line spray application. (Equipment is readily available from various vendors.) Zenith Waterborne UV Coating is very flexible, with superior scratch, impact and mar resistance. It will pass all KCMA performance standards when properly applied and cured and is Greenguard™ Certified. Zenith Waterborne UV Coating contains no formaldehyde and has better worker safety ratings than conventional solvent or 100%-solids UV materials. You can be assured of a beautiful and durable coating that reduces hazards to your workers, your customers and the environment.

Uses

Zenith Waterborne UV Coating creates a finish that is appropriate for kitchen and bath cabinetry, office furniture, architectural millwork or any other product where exceptional film performance is desired. Zenith Waterborne UV Coating is successfully applied with all the spray and curing equipment typically used by flat-line manufacturers. (Waterborne UV coatings lines require specific ovens for water removal and UV lamps for final cure).
